Login instructions for members

How to login for the first time:

  1. Click on ‘login’ on the top right-hand side of the website
  2. Select request a new password and enter your email address (that is associated with your membership)
  3. You will receive an email with a 'Reset Password Link'
  4. Please follow the instructions to set your password and login.
  5. We have added most of your details, but we highly recommend that you go to your portal and double-check that it is correct. 

 How to login and update your wine selection:

  1. Click on ‘login’ on the top right-hand side of the website
  2. Enter your email address (that is associated with your membership)
  3. Enter your password and click login
  4. Once logged in, go to ‘My Portal’ at the top right-hand side
  5. In ‘My Portal’ you can update your personal details, payment details, wine club, view past purchases and amend your communication preferences. (IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE: The personal and payment details sections are for online purchases only. To update your club, you need to use the ‘Wine Club’ section, including shipping address and payment details.)
  6. Click on the ‘Wine Club’ menu on left-hand side to display your club, then click view, then click update.
  7. Here you can edit your delivery address, credit card and wine selection. 
  8. Once completed, click save.

 How to login and request a skip:

  1. Once logged in, click > My Portal > go to the Wine Club left hand side menu
  2. Click 'View' to see your membership details, click skip and complete the form

Terms & Conditions - By joining the Wine Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1.     You must be 18 years of age or older.

2.     Understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3.     Agree that you are making an ongoing commitment to purchase three deliveries of wine initially [excluding any purchases made to date] and at least one delivery per year thereafter to retain benefits.

4.     You may cancel your membership and deliveries after the initial three deliveries.

5.     If you wish to cancel before the initial three deliveries a $50 cancellation fee applies.

6.     By joining the club, you will be added to our communications database to receive emails [about upcoming deliveries and news] and if we need to, call you by telephone.

7.     You provide us authority to debit the nominated credit card prior to dispatch of each delivery.

8.     It is the customer’s responsibility to update contact details and delivery address prior to dispatch of wines. You will be responsible for any extra freight charges incurred with recovery and re delivery of wines sent to an old or incorrect delivery address. Any delivery errors on our behalf will be corrected at our cost of freight.

9.     Stock availability, wine prices and these terms & conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. Membership benefits and discounts are subject to change without notice. Members will be notified of changes where the changes may result in significant perceived disadvantage to the member.
