We are opening our barrel room for a very special weekend that takes in a guided wine masterclass with our chief winemaker Mark Messenger, a live mozzarella-making demonstration with WA’s La Delizia Latticini, a glass of Sparkling,and then half pours of 7 different wines, including some from the museum,and pizzas straight from the wood fire.
