Juniper x The South Beach Hotel

South Beach Hotel's head chef, Ivan Alfaro, has put together an exceptional four course meal of the freshest local ingredients which he has personally carefully matched to the delicious Juniper wines being served. The evening will be hosted by Juniper's charismatic Operations Manager Tom Hill. whose family owns the winery. It promises to be another delighful evening of fabulous food, superb wines and great company.

Shark Bay swimmer crab pasta, fresh pasta addiction linguine, smoked cherry tomato, spanish onion, chilli, dill butter, fresh lemon

Steamed broccoli salad, confit garlic, stracciatella, pistachio dukkha

Scotch fillet reverse seared, roasted kipfler, thyme terrine, charred baby carrots, celeriac, pink peppercorn jus
