| Dense red in colour, the nose is concentrated and powerful with an abundance of rich dark fruits of cherries, plums, blueberries and cassis backed with complimentary cedary spicy vanillin oak. The palate is full of these same rich ripe fruits restrained in exuberance by fine mouth-filling tannins keeping this wine going in the mouth for some time. | |||

| Dark and dense in colour, this wine is packed with dark ripe fruit characters on the nose of plum, cherry, balckberry and raspberry with mixed spice, white pepper and mocha vanillin oak. The palate is full with fleshy plum and blueberry balanced by savoury and spicy liquorice flavours with a complex layered structure ensuring many years of drinking pleasure. | |||

| Pale green in colour, the nose offers characters of lemongrass, lemon thyme, floral honey, pear, green apple, grapefruit combine with more complex characters of lemon/lime creme brulee, mineral, wax, and almond meal from the natural yeast component and lees stirring while the barrel fermentation characters show as a smoky, toasty vanillin combo. The fine structured palate is silky smooth witha long sleek mouth feel from maturation on yeast lees brought in check by spicy savoury oak and mouth watering mineral acidity. This style of wine is best served slightly chilled with your favourite seafood or even pork loin (a great alternative to Chardonnay). With careful cellaring the 09 Juniper Semillon has a medium term cellaring of about 8 years. | |||

| An array of fruit and barrel ferment characters greet the nose with stone fruit, grapefruit, lime brulee, jasmine, almond meal, flint and spciy oak. The palate is equally complex with rich fleshy fruit texture filling the mouth until the savoury oak and citrus like acidity bring the wine to a fine yet lingering conclusion. Enjoy now and until at least 2016. | |||

| Golden straw in colour, the nose has a floral citrus blossom lift along with fruit characters of lemon, lime, pear and apple with a hint of marzipan and vanillin oak. The juicy sweet palate is smooth, slippery and sleek with a texture of creamed honey and a hint of marmalade rind like bitterness before acid provides a bright clean fresh finish. | |||
