Our Estate range represents our efforts to produce the best wine possible to truly represent the Wilyabrup region.
The formula is hand-picked fruit from old, unirrigated vines which are hand pruned and canopy-managed for low yields and optimum flavour ripeness. Only the best fruit goes into the Estate wines and the process is overseen by the passionate vineyard and winemaking teams.

Reviews:

Barrel ferment inputs tend to overshadow the varietal fruit, but do invest the wine with complexity; deserves a year or two to flex its fruit muscles. Screwcap. 13% alc

The smooth lightly creamy lineal nature of this Margaret River Semillon makes it highly drinkable. The soft acidity just adds further to the green herbs, lemony citrus, apples and pears that all make their way to the palate. A well structured food friendly white that is travelling with age very well. True to its origins, it delivers on all counts. Try this with Chinese vegetables and fried tofu.
Drink to 2012. About $22. 91/100 – Excellent.

There have been some exceptional semillons released from Juniper Estate but this one may well be the best. Fragrant honeysuckle and lemon aromas with the faintest hint of freshly mown grass. The palate is impeccably balanced with subtle oak resulting from barrel fermentation and very powerful yet neatly controlled. 95/100

They only make a few hundred cases but it’s well worth seeking out.
Fragrant with clove spice oak over lemon/lime and lightly grassy fruit. In the mouth dry, spicy and a little grassy with lime, melon and apple fruit. Nice and tight but creamy and textured with it. Dry and spicy on the finish. The oak needs a little more time to settle in but I really like this style. Another winner from Juniper.
