The formula is hand-picked fruit from old, unirrigated vines which are hand pruned and canopy-managed for low yields and optimum flavour ripeness. Only the best fruit goes into the Estate wines and the process is overseen by the passionate vineyard and winemaking teams.

	Reviews:	Fruit concentration and power are evident from the first time you plonk your nose into this pure essence of cabernet fruit. A nice mix of fresh cut flowers with more substantial blackcurrant and black olive beneath the surface. The palate has power in abundance with the oak worked into the rich opulent fruit. Tannins are firm and astringent. Excellent wine for the cellar.
