A modernised version of premium Margaret River Chardonnay, with rich, creamy flavours, gently supported by toasty French oak. A knockout.

'A harmonious wine from the first sniff to finish & after taste, all the components precisely where they should be; has a polish to the mouth feel and texture; long finish. Screwcap

Smoky savoury aromas of stacks of grapefruit and meal thrown in amongst the cashew and roasted almond characters. Richly textured solid chardonnay with real power. 88/100

This is a first release under the Estate label from Juniper with a small quantity of fruit sourced from the home vineyard in Cowaramup and the remainder coming off the old Higher Plane vineyard in the cooler southern part of the region.
It’s gentle and composed from start to finish with melon and citrus backed with light sawdusty spicy oak leading on to an equally smooth palate that combines creaminess with fine but strong acidity. Good long clean finish. Nothing overt and not a hair out of place - lovely wine.

Pale yellow in colour, this is a very attractive Chardonnay combining melon fruit, a hint of maltiness, and spicy oak in a balanced and harmonious way. The palate is rich and satisfying, yet it has a backbone of acidity that keeps it fresh and clean tasting. Awarded: Gold (18.5) Best Varietal

A complex, rich array of aromas, showing astute winemaking, the finest French timber and fruit ranging from grapefruit citrus through nectarine and into soft sweet figs, savoury almonds too; super intense. The palate tells the same story, very punchy fruit flavour, richness and acid crunch, some cashew, nougat and tart stone fruit flavours, sweet spices and melon rind to finish. Brilliant! 94 Points

The powerful Margaret River figgy fruit shows out in this beautifully restrained, subtly complex Chardonnay. The notes of nougat are particularly attractive. Screwcap 13.5% Highly Recommended. Gold.
